​Which countries are eligible for Free Shipping?

1. Currently, we provide Free Shipping over $30+ for these countries:
Asia: Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam

2. Free shipping for these countries or territories when orders are over $45 USD
North& South America: Chile, Brazil, Mexico, Canada ,and the United States (As a result of increased tariffs and the cancellation of the T86 tax-free policy for packages to the US, we are now required to raise the threshold for free shipping from $30 to $45, in addition to applying a 5% tax on the order.)
Europe: United Kingdom, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, Sweden, Austria, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech, Romania, Poland, Denmark, Norway Turkey 
The EU Introduces New Charges on Low‑Value Imports
€3 customs duty: 1 July 2026 (temporary measure until 2028)
Handling fee (~ €2 per parcel): expected EU harmonization as from November 2026)
Asia: Israel, Philippines

What is pre-orders?

​PRE-ORDER! normally used to our new arrivals, they are not ready to be shipped out immediately but we are taking pre-orders now. All items marked  "Pre-Order" has an estimated shipping date, you can find it in the product description.

How much does the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping to most countries when your order exceeds a specified amount. Please see FAQ No. 1 for details.

If your country is not listed in FAQ No. 1, or if your order does not meet the required amount, you will need to pay for shipping, starting from as low as $3.99. Shipping fees vary by destination, so please check the exact amount on the checkout page.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Yes! We’re happy to offer discounts on bulk orders of our premium metal stamping blanks.

Returns Policy

Returns & exchanges
We gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

We don't accept exchanges
But please contact us if you have any issues with your order.

Returns, Refund or Replacement details
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may make a return within 30 days of recipet for a refund.
Abbeciao is not responsible for return shipping costs. 
Returns of non-defective items must be in as-new condition with original packaging or in a secure, padded envelope, Failure to comply may affect your final refund.
Items lost or damaged during return shipping will not be refunded or replaced. It is recommended you may wish to send using delivery confirmation. 
Items in transit are not subject to a refund until the product has been returned back to Abbeciao

Damaged Items
If any items are found to be damaged in a shipment, please email photos of your items to info@abbeciao.com for further instruction, and we will advise you whether to return the damaged goods or keep them so we can send you a replacement or refund.

Happy New Year Holidays

Hi friends! 
We will be taking a short break for Chinese New Year from February 8 to February 22. Any orders placed before February 8 will be shipped out before the holiday closure. After that, you can place orders at any time, but they will be shipped after we return to work.
