We gladly accept returns and cancellations

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

 

We don't accept exchanges

But please contact us if you have any issues with your order.

 

Returns, Refund or Replacement details

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may make a return within 30 days of recipet for a refund.

1. Abbeciao is not responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Returns of non-defective items must be in as-new condition with original packaging or in a secure, padded envelope, Failure to comply may affect your final refund.

3. Items lost or damaged during return shipping will not be refunded or replaced. It is recommended you may wish to send using delivery confirmation.

4. Items in transit are not subject to a refund until the product has been returned back to Abbeciao

 

Damaged Items

If any items are found to be damaged in a shipment, please email photos of your items to info@abbeciao.com for further instruction, and we will advise you whether to return the damaged goods or keep them so we can send you a replacement or refund.
